GET READY FOR 2026!

Our 22nd Annual Market at BHS will take place on November 21st 2026 from 10-4.
Thank you for your interest in the 2026 BHS Holiday Bazaar! Here is our temporary location while Beaverton High School is under construction:
Location: Calvary Parkside 5755 SW Erickson Avenue, Beaverton, Oregon 97005
We are so lucky to be able to use this space for one more year. With the help of our Beaverton High School Drafting Team, we made as many indoor and outdoor spaces as we could. Here are some things to consider:
- Indoor spaces are one size 5×10, $75
- Outdoor spaces are one size 10×10 (you must provide your own tent/canopy with weights to hold tents down), $75
- Table rental still available $10
- Two chairs per spot are provided, if you would like additional chairs (beyond 2), $5 each additional
- Power will be $10 for inside and $20 for outside (limited number of outdoor spots, first come/first serve)
- Pre-set up on Friday from 4:30pm-7:00pm (no charge) still available for indoor spaces and is strongly encouraged to help with the flow of Saturday morning and outdoor vendors
FYI…this year we will continue to have staggered start times for vendors on Saturday to help with unloading and traffic flow. The parking lot will be blocked off to keep parking for customers only, so please plan accordingly.
Please note: This is an application, NOT a registration form. If you are offered placement in our event you will receive a link to a Square shop where you can register for your space.
Please read the application and payment instructions carefully.
1) Submit the application form. Please understand; submitting this form does NOT complete your registration, nor guarantee a space in this event.
2) If you are invited to participate, you will receive a link to square from the BHS Holiday Bazaar email. You will need to be watching your email junk & spam folders for this just in case.
3) To accept this invitation and complete your registration, you will need to submit payment as soon as possible to hold a spot. Every spot is offered first come, first serve, but if you have not completed payment in a timely manner, you may lose your chance to get a spot.
4) If we are unable to offer you placement initially, you will be notified and added to our waitlist. Should initial invitations go unclaimed, or spaces become available for other reasons, we will extend additional invitations.
5) Show organizers are unpaid volunteers with full time jobs. It may take a few weeks for you to receive a response. Thank you for your patience.
6) Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given to cancellations that are less than 60 days out (after 9/20/26)
While consideration is given to vendor history with our event, we will prioritize those selling hand-crafted items over resale or most “direct sales” companies as we seek to enhance the unique and diverse overall quality of the shopping experience.
